HTG Supply Feedback PLEASE!!!

Hello everyone-

I am new to the site and I recently ordered a 400 watt MH/ HPS switchable light system from High Tech Gerden Supply.

Was wandering:

A) If this system was any good?

and

B) Do they ship fast? I placed my order a couple days ago but when I check it online all it says is "In Process". Does that even change on the site?

I have not been able to reach them on the phone nor have they replied to my email attempts.

Any help, comments would be GREATLY appreciated!

welcme to the site.anylight is good, its all about how you take care of it. if you keep it from get over heated like put a fan blowing on it and they will last you. keep the ballast temp. down good luck

HTG is the bomb! Great customer service...just save the paperwork they send you and they stand behind their stuff. As for shipping, ummmm,,,,well,,,,,,tis the season and things sometimes slow down in the springtime due to the high volume of sales.

Bottom line NO WORRIES :hump:

I had recently just purchased my 400w hps and shipping was much quicker than I had expected. plus my girls love it :bigjoint:

Thanks for the response everyone, I figured since it is Spring then they might be fairly busy.

As long as it is a good light then I am content, great prices I must admit. Figured it was a good beginners light for me

Have you received your order yet?

It has been almost 2 weeks here and they will not answer the fucking phone and they will not return my emails!!!

They have had over $200 of my money now for 10 business days and I can't even get a reply. I am about to call the Better Business Bureau if I can't get in touch with them this week.

I know it is Spring and they might be busy but that is NO excuse for piss poor customere service.

Fuck this company, if they have not sent it out on Tuesday I am asking for my money back.

I got my 600w digital cooltube from them and just ordered a 6" fan and scrubber from them as well. They are great.

I ordered from them a 400 watt light, that took both the MH & HPS bulbs, had no trouble's with them or it, after 3 grows, the lights are still going strong. I should be looking for a new HPS bulb, guess where I'm getting it from. (HTG)

Well shit, I guess I am the only one who has had any kind of trouble with them.

I have heard nothing but good things about them and that is why I decided to order my new gear from the website. I just find it kind of rediculous that it has taken so long for them to even ship my stuff.

All it would have taken is an email to tell me WHY it has taken so long and I would be satisfied. The prices are really good but if it takes 3 weeks to get to me then it is not worth it in my opinion. I mean come on, I ordered seeds from Europe and they took less time to get here and I live like 250 miles from their shop!!! For the $30 in shipping, I could have driven there and picked it up (Str8 BioDiesel Jetta

I ordered some shit this time last year and shipping was a bit slow but it was because one of the items I ordered wasnt in stock yet. This company is EXTREMELY BUSY especially this time of year, but they should answer emails. Try to think positive and remember that they are not a rip off company that locked their doors and headed to the mountains with everybodys money. Waaay, waaay too many positive comments out there.....stand by, you are about to get your shit and get busy.

So I finally got through to them and the reason for the delay was an out of stock item.

The guy was cool and everything but Im still a little pissed that they did not even email me back. We will see and I will let you all know IF they actually do send it out today like he said.

OK so I got my order and since it was taking so long they put it through to 2 day shipping and gave me an upgrade on the MH light I ordered.

Instead of the HTG Supply MH conversion, I got the Sunmaster instead and It is a BAD ASS light!

So, thumbs up to HTG Supply even though it took a while
