HTG Supply

Hello everyone, im new to rollitup and everything else. jus learned how to post my own thread lol. ne way is anyone familiar with htg supply grow tents and other products they sale?

Yes. I have purchased a grow tent kit and some additional items from HTG. The products seem to be very good quality, and the one problem I had with a small fan they remedied right away. AND they've been great fielding some set up questions.

Some people here will say that you can make a lot of what's in the kit for 1/4 to 1/3 the price, and perhaps that's true, but time is money in my book, and once I had figured out what I wanted, it was very quick to order from them, and it would have taken me a week to try to make everything. And then it would have looked like crap, and since this is in my living area in a studio apartment, the fact that it's neat and clean meant a lot to me.

But literally 20 people here will happily give advice on how to make everything.

Yeah man htg is cool. I bought my first hid lighting system
From them about 4 years ago. Good service. Greners is good too.
I like Greners cause they are in California and I get my stuff
In like 2 days. But htg is solid.

got an htg just a few miles from me and their prices are good on most things and staff is definitely knowledgable. quality is good too. haven't ordered from them online but from what i've seen prices are the same as instore. got their store card too which is cool, earns you points toward free stuff. get my promix from a shop down the street from htg though. can't even touch 2 of the 3.8cu bales anywhere else for their price of 2 for $55. anyway haven't heard anything bad about htg from anyone really. something fails on you they will take care of it. goodluck and happy growing

Stay away from their LED's and your all good. I've bought tons of stuff from them with no problems.

mrbungle: i spoke with one of their reps today n he let me know about the points u can get with every dollar spent inside the store. so im just gonna go to the store n purchase what i need, theres a store not too far from my county so i fig itll b cheaper cus the cost of shipping is craaazy

does ne one have ne insight on the typoe of soil and nutes i shud get?

definitely worth the drive if they aren't too far for the points since you are gonna buy from them anyway. i use fox farm lightwarrior for seeds and seedlings then i move to 5 gallon buckets with promix hp. i'm using dyna gro's line for nutes.check out homebrewer's thread if you r interested in dyna gro https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/429438-dyna-gro-vs-advanced-nutrients.html specially if you were thinking of going with advanced's extremely expensive line. goodluck and happy growing
