Well i woke up today to a little problem, "well a big problem"...
My HPS bulb was not striking, and i just started the (new bulb) HPS on 12/12 monday.."Man i was pissed", but no worries.. I called Tony at HTGsupply.com , (where i got my light system) and he took care of me..He is sending me a new bulb overnight, "no questions asked". I have to say with every time i have used HTG, i have had nothing but top notch customer service, and just wanted you all to know that they take excellent care of their customers...
I am in no way associated wit HTG, but im just a very happy customer. This is one of the good ones.
