For power i would say get an electrician to come and set up a sub panel or something cause a generator would end up costing way more money. But you should still get a generator as a backup just in case. If the power goes out for any reason you dont want it to mean the death of your plants.
Depending on your situation that might not be the best solution either cause one look at your power bill and someone would know something was up. Usually its all automated and the only time they check is if you dont pay your bill or if something goes wrong but still... Another thing to think about if its possible maybe make part of the barn into a greenhouse type deal and have a "outdoor" type grow going on.
As for the circle light movers they hold 2-3 lights and 2 1000w lights can light up a whole 10x10 area so maybe 2 1000w HPS and a 600w MH. Its better to use just MH when in veg so you can use just the 2 1000s and when you switch to flower switch bulbs and turn on the 600 MH. The mover will also let you put the light closer to your plants and keep them cooler.
What I would do in your position would be for every 1 light mover have 4 4x4 or 2 4x8 Ebb and Flow tables under it, that way you can move them apart some and have some space to walk between so you can get to your plants.
Im not to familiar with growing bigger plants i grow SOG and put my clones straight into flower, but I assume all you would need is to add a month of veg time prior to that and youll be good. Then of course youd need to prune for yield so you dont get as many little buds underneath but theres probably more in depth forums somewhere on here.
I dont know how much experience you have yet growing so the only thing I can really say about that is start a test grow first. I know me personally I read a shit ton before my first grow and I thought it would be perfect but it was far from lol. If you do a test while your setting up your space youll get a better feel for the plant and that way if you mess up its not as big of a deal as messing up a huge 100 or more plant crop that youve been waiting 3 months for ya know?

Look into making a completely sealed growroom. That would keep all the smell inside since you wouldnt be venting fresh air, this will reduce the chance of pests. Doing this youll need to get a C02 generator but you can have increased C02 in your space that will make your plants grow bigger faster.
Also weather you choose to have 1 huge crop a year or several youll def need some homies that will help you out. I mean its not hard to find someone to work with bud though you know haha? But seriously its gonna be a lot of work whenever you harvest just make sure you trust anyone you tell about or bring to help out.
Security cameras lots and lots on a different circut then whatever your running everything else on. As long as you have legal MJ in yer state otherwise theres not much point to it lol
And also get climate controllers. They have them for temps, humidity, CO2 everything, youll need them. Fact.
