Huge Growing Dilemma - HELP!!!

I have another question on this same top-c - im planning on doing the same thing w/ the ocean forest stuff

I have 8 healthy autos, + 1 weak stemmed one, and 2 super lemon haze (1 rally strong 1 tiny) growin under a shitty incandescent grow light. They've been doing pretty well and are about 4 inches tall, and are in water bottles for deep root growth. However, I have no idea when to move it outside.I;m going to buy the fox farms shit soon, and i plan on stickin most straight in the ground. however, idk when i should. It hasnt been the 3 weeks yet that they are supposed to grow, i dont know m/f, and I dont know when to move the stuff outside. I want to do it though, because i heard i can increase yield by doing it outside, as they can grow bigger...

But, I want you al to keep in mind i have one on my roof, the 10th of the 10 seeds i bought, and its in a cup. has barely grown since i put that one outside. its less than an inch still. the others have blown past it inside, but maybe the others, being big now, will do better outside???? thoughts? thanks!

Put them under CFLs ASAP, with a small fan. After they get a few nodes move them outside into larger containers until you can sex them. Then transplant again.

word, how many CFLs do u think ill need? also, how do u keep the humidity up. my shit is always dry aired. i mean the soil is wet but i knoew the air is dry

I have 3 separate 24 watt CFLs on my seedlings and they love it so far. Had up to 15 plants in solo red plastic cups under them at one time, all about 2 - 3 inches from the plants with a small fan. Keep them like this until they have 2 legitimate nodes, then the go outside in 1 gallons pots.

yo. change of plans - i had a mice attack in my closet, they nibbled the bases of 3 plants ( mofo's didnt even eat them they just killed them). so those plants died. I moved the remaining 4 healthy plants outside. To date, i have 2 lowryders outside in their permanent pots (did that yesterday) and then one more that i've had outside since like day 5. that one was an expirament to see if the seedling would like it more outside and it didnt, the others have grown much faster.
anyway, I have 4 good plants, its shitty outside, so i am wondering what i should do about them. they are outside right now. about 5" so what should i do with them?
