Humans Are Naturally Plant-Eaters

I was never saying humans should NOT eat meat, I was saying the genetics and clues points to a primarily plant based diet.

I know many people eat meat, but maybe we eat too much of it? America sure as hell isn't an example of a healthy culture if your example that we do something makes it natural.

What could be causing obesity, disease, cancer that we are plagued with?

Now that is something that I agree with. Yes, Americans DO eat WAY too much meat. Meat should be rationed and not every meal should contain meat. The protein requirement argument is fucking horseshit. You can get protein from eggs, dairy, fish, and nuts. If people would put down the hamburger and pick up a lean skinless chicken breast and learn to cook it with out grease and frying, I believe we'd be in a better place. Also, we have to take into consideration that our portion sizes are MUCH larger here in America than they are in other countries.

I was just going to say the same thing.

The steaks in my freezer from the cow I raised and grass/hay fed is way different/better than the shit you're buying at the store.
