humidifier fans and exhaust....... mryummie

its so weird. when i have my fans, exhaust and humidifier on my room temp are 90, humidity 25-30. when i shut everything off and just leave the humidifier on room drops to 85, humidity 35-40. should i just leave the fans and exhaust off, seems to keep my room cooler....
p.s i put my pest strip 2-3 nights only and shut all the fans off and just leave the humidifier on, is that alright ?

those temps are pretty high...are you running co2 ?

yes u need ot get those temps down buddy, eighty five it like max, anymore growth is slowed...hope this helps

nah i am not running any co2, its so difficult to get these demps down when running MH bulbs those shits give off some heat. i kinda regret starting off with MH . i should of have gona with four 8" florecent bulbs for the veg and then put my hps ballasts on.

you have a exhaust going but when its on it gets hot, well what do you have for a intank, you growing in a tent or a room? the exhaust causes a vacume in your tent/room and that will pull in air, if the air outside is above your room/tent temp will go up, also if your in a tent and its in a room and your exhausting out
of the tent into the room theres a closed loop there and again temps will go up. you need to exhaust outside and pull into the room from outside. outside air
= cool air and outside i mean outside your house/apt or wherever your growing

i am growing in a room as you can see here and i have the exhaust pulling the hot air out the room, if i turn it around it will pull cold air outside which temps outside my house are 25-40 degrees. wouldn't that lower my humidity bringing cold air from outside into the room. i just keep my door opened a little bit..

I think he means you need to have fresh air coming in to replace the hot air you are removing. You want fresh air coming in at the lowest point on 1 wall and set up your exhaust on the highest point on the opposite wall. It will create a vaccumm if done right and your babies will flourish. Also, make sure you have a small fan in there to circulate the air. Good Luck

It looks like the exhaust is pretty close to the heater making it draw more air through the heater. Maybe if the intake was closer to the heater and the exhaust was further away it would cool the place down. Where is your intake? Is it passive?

that heater if off. i just have that exhaust pulling air from inside the room to outside.
