toke but don't choke

Hi guys, I received nearly all my growing equipment a couple days ago. The seeds haven't arrived yet (hopefully they will by tomorrow) so I wanted to test temperature and humidity in my grow tent. I let my 400w hps run for about 30 mins and the temperature was 35C (95F) and the humidity dropped to about 20%, the temps are a bit high but there was no fans in the room, I think I'll will be alright when I get my cooling system installed. Without the light on its around 23C and 40% humidity.
Now for the question, will this pond fogger be efficient enough to increase the humidity to around 50% in the room?

My grow room:
Tent: DR60
Lights: 400w hps cooltubed
Fans: antec bad boy 200mm pc fan rated @ 228mh3 (exhaust)
4x 120mm xilence pc fans rated @ 100mh3 (1 for intake, 1 for cooltube, 2 for inside ventilation
6'' oscillating clip fan.
There will be good air circulation to keep temps cool, which will hurt humidity in the room.
