Ah to be in the desert where the only thing that truly wants to grow is a cactus! Lol. Yes the humidifier made an enormous difference. In order to learn how to keep the humidity from going too high or dropping too low I have begun leaving one of the closet doors open about an inch. At night we leave both doors open. Temp is not very difficult to maintain. Using cfls doesn't add a lot of extra heat. Just be sure to not let your temps go much over 85 because at 90 you can lose them to the heat. And watch those night temps. You don't want it to go below 50. I try very hard to keep my humidity about 75-80. I must be doing something right as my babies are healthy and putting on their second set of leaves. Using the grow tent is it indoors or outside .... don't remember now what you said. How are you doing with insect control. Hubby says our grow closet is the cleanest room in the house. I do have the Safer brand liquid insecticide soap spray and first of next month I'm getting some Neem oil. I have dark green drapes hanging in front of the closet doors so unless you look beyond you can't tell a thing. Hope your babies are doing well. Best of luck to you.
