Humidity for seedlings?

I'm not saying humidity levels are not important. I'm saying that you really don't need to worry about them when starting a seed and vegging. It's extremely important later on in flower. That's when you need to pay attention to it and if it gets too high you need to lower it. If you grow in a tent a dehumidifier may be necessary to lower the humidity.

My humidifier is off and temp is 85 and humidity is 52. Is this ok for seedling and veg

I produce my own so I pay nothing. I did make a couple purchases of various genetics years ago but since then I've been growing my own stuff along with different genetics I haven't ran for seed runs.

You probably are overpaying. The seed game is a joke. Don't get caught up in it. Just go to a decent seed bank and buy some proven stuff. I purchased all my initial genetics when I decided I was going to dabble in breeding my own strains as a hobby. Sensible Seeds and Seedsman were the banks I used. I was able to procure all the landraces and classic strains I wanted for my purposes. I'm still working through the backlog.

I have to say, with a higher RH, the soil stays moist longer, and the seedling won’t just wilt away as soon as the soil gets a little dry. More wiggle room there
