what should my humidity be whilst flowereing and how do i bring it down

During flower you want your humidity at 50% or lower. There are a few different ways to bring it down what kind of setup do you have?

is it true that by lowering the humidity level during flowering the buds will produce more resin 2 keep from drying out?

just have a room in my loft. two 600w lights and 6 plants i have a fan and an extractor but the humidity seems to always be about 70%
