Humidity problem at night 99%

Where i live its currently very cold at night anywhere from 7'C-15'C and the humidity is showing 90-99% and I notice some of my plants are not growing much week 1 to 3 and they grew only about 1-2inches in that time both height and length.

I am growing in a shed so fresh air goes in there from the holes up the top but its really cold especially at night when lights are off and yeah that humidity is way 2 high. This might also be the reason my bigger plants seem very droopy lately?
I have a small computer fan but doesn't seem to help much.

I was wondering if anyone knew any home made DIY methods or things i can use to de-humidify this area.
Its a 5x3 shed but its also connected to a larger section(doorframe) leads to probably 10x10 garage.

Is it the cold i should be more worried about or the humidity, I heard rock salt lamp could help with humidity?

Do you have exhaust going out ? Id get a dehumidifier...not much more expensive then a rock lamp:/
No i do not have an exhaust and i cannot get one installed sadly. Thanks i just looked at them around my area on ebay the prices seem quite expensive from $50-$300+ for a dehumidifier.
Or will a small cheap/mini one around 30-50 work?

What do you think about the cold temps?

Get a small cheapy heater and put it on a timer for night time. Id get the environment fixed asap if you get mold its very hard to get rid of for this grow and future grows

Also let up on the watering a bit till you get this humidity fixed. If you are checking them everyday its no need to water so much (which is creating all the humidity)

Yeah there in terracotta pots there is only one drainage hole at the bottom it is probably why the humidity is also high :S

I just read current weather outside where i live on google says 8'C and 100% humidity :/

I water every 3-5 days.

oh boy...if you can repot them out if the terricotta I would asap. Those pots retain heat like a mofo...roots need to be cool not cooking. Please repot when you get the climate fixed
