Humidity Problem in 4x2 tent

Here's my deal, I have a carbon filter hooked up to a 4" inline fan then ducted out the top (with a fan speed controller set on medium). I also have a small 6" or 8" non oscillating fan sitting at the bottom of the tent right inside the vent with the flap open blowing air across the 6 plants. Seems like there's plenty of ventilation in there but my rh hangs around 55-65. Now I have a powdery mildew problem. I'm in first week of flower so I need to fix this like now. Should I keep the tent flaps open or closed? And would I be better off buying a stand up oscillating fan? Trying to stay away from a dehumidifier if it's not needed. I'm in socal so it's not very humid here. This is my first indoor grow. Any help is appreciated.

One possibility is to lose the tent. It seems like only about half the people who use them really need them when they stop and think about it.

either more fresh air needs to come in through the bottom vents so there is more air exchange, not just air movement so you either need a stronger inline to blow more air out or you need to open the bottom vents to allow more air to be sucked in by the inline and keep it running 24/7 i hooked mine up to the timer so it would turn on when lights did but that was a mistake cause humidity will build up overnight.

Turn the inline to max see if it helps..open flaps.

The inline fan I have is very powerful when turned all the way up. Almost overkill. But I'll try turning it all the way up and see what happens. I keep both fans on 24/7.

I'm going to try that after I spray down the plants today.

Your learning fans need to be left on 24/7 to maintain environment so throw away in your mind your gonna save money putting it on a timer, when your plants need it! First grow here and learning first hand. Humidity now mid 30s in flower

More air flow,No such thing as to much.

Apparently the humidity in my area is higher than what I thought. From the 50's to the 70's, so if I open the vent flaps, then all the air pulled in will be the same rh as outside. But then if I close all my vents then I wouldn't be getting enough fresh air right? What to do
