Humidity problem late flower

I have a major problem with humidity I'm getting around 70% RH floor level and 78% RH above light level during lights out its minimal difference during lights on what could be the problem

I'm using :

EXHAUST
Tornado 6" Mdf 1000 m3h exhaust
Rhino 8" carbon filter
All connected to roof vent

INTAKE
Vents tt100 4" 187 m3h
Connected to roof vent

CIRCULATION
2 6" clip on fans

5 plants in dr150 1.5m3 tent 2.0m high

I have added 5 cheap dehumidifiers around in there in different spots high and low the small throw away box type but they haven't even gained a drop of water or altered the RH at all..

I have just moved my intake to a closer roof vent so that reduced the ducting up to 50% hopefully pushing more fresh air in waiting to check results in a minute is there anything else I can do I've never notice the RH this high before

So you're intaking air directly from outside? What's the outside humidity? Its going to be hard to bring it down if youre continuously intaking humid air from outside. Any way you could set up the intake so that its already intaking dehumidified air? Like in a room with a dehumidifier?

yes its from outside temps in the house are too hot to vent into the room tried it before.. i had 66%rh out in the garden
( 60%rh in the loft but gets way to hot in there also to use it ) i have to bite the bullet and buy a dehumidifier before i loose the whole crop no problems as of yet so i plan on keeping it that way, im just concerned about the electricity meter readings

Air conditioners remove water from the air also!!!

I was reading that earlier but wasn't sure if it removed as much as an actual dehumidifier couldn't find much info...
If I knew they worked good I would have just removed my air intake fan and just let the tent use the negative pressure to suck air conditioned air in from the room the tent is in through one of the ports that way I could even manage the temperature as well as humidity I would of thought ?

are you using a tent? This is what I did and now I need a humidifier cause the RH gets to the low 30s

fair play you had some balls cutting into your tent I couldn't bring myself to do that lol...
I ended up picking up a midi dehumidifier for £25 it covers 10m2 and claims it removes 400ml per day (1.5l tank) people say it don't work inside the tent but I tried it and in my case my humidity has dropped dramatically

Floor level 70% to 50%
Above light 78% to 56%

I've had a slight compromise in temps currently at 29'c but outside has also been above 30'c So is also a major factor of it as I'm pulling from outside

Dehumidifiers work. Just keep emptying the water.

hahah yea when the temps are 105-115f outside the tent you have no choice

i had same problem with humidity, not so much when lights on but when lights off that's when it kicked in high ,i didn't do much about it at the time ,& I ended up getting bad bud mould ,i couldn't believe how fast that mould sets in .

so i ended up buying a good Dehumidifier from aldi for £130 ,2hlf litre water tank ,control settings ,really good buy ,i have never had any problems with humidity since or bud mould .

i only use the Dehumidifier when i flip to flower 12/12 ,& only use when lights out .

Jesus our country come to a stand still yesterday at 30 degrees people leaving work because the can't cope with heat and newspapers reporting buses catching on fire and roads melting because of the heat ... Haha

Whats the brand of the contraption? I fight RH, too, and I cant justify buying an AC, nor a dehumidifier. Is it possible to connect it to a hose so you dont have to empty any small, annoying tanks? Thanks for sharing, pictures would be lovely as always =)

It was an aldi model usually German I think ... I bought it from online freeads... If you had it higher up I suppose you could drill a hole in the tank with a pipe and rubber grommet to filter it outside personally I just empty it daily when I'm doing my checks

Dehumidifier. I can drop mine 50% to 40% in 15 minutes. My temps run 80-92 but its worth it with low humidity its a huge huge difference in the look, feel, and how the flower matures in the last week or two.

I have it hooked up to a humidity controller so it turns on at 50% and off at 40% but you can set it to whatever you want.

Mine has a hose attachment on the back. I have it draining into a tote with a lid and empty it every few days or so.
