If your extraction fan is already running at full power all of the time then plugging in an inkbird won’t sort the issue. Where are you dumping the extracted air?
just into the room I don’t really have any where else to run it toIf your extraction fan is already running at full power all of the time then plugging in an inkbird won’t sort the issue. Where are you dumping the extracted air?
if I buy a large dehumidifier will this sort it out?If your extraction fan is already running at full power all of the time then plugging in an inkbird won’t sort the issue. Where are you dumping the extracted air?
It probably will, but they do use a good amount of electricity. No way to dump moist air outdoors?if I buy a large dehumidifier will this sort it out?
Not really mate I could probably put it on top of the curtain rail pointing at the open window but not got anywhere else to duct it outIt probably will, but they do use a good amount of electricity. No way to dump moist air outdoors?
I’ve just been out and bought a 18L dehumidifier so hoping that should bring it downIt probably will, but they do use a good amount of electricity. No way to dump moist air outdoors?
The things we buy for our ladies!!!I’ve just been out and bought a 18L dehumidifier so hoping that should bring it down

A bigger dehumidifier will fix the problem but it’ll cost you in electricity. I run an extraction fan during veg when I dont need co2. Once I flip and start running my co2 gen I don’t have a choice but to run the dehumidifier. It balances out costs a bit since the lights are on less during flower.if I buy a large dehumidifier will this sort it out?
That should sort everything out for you. I run a 50 pint in my 11x2 room with over 30 plants and it works great. I’d still try and find a way to duct your exhaust out the window and save $$$I’ve just been out and bought a 18L dehumidifier so hoping that should bring it down
okay cheers mate I’ll see what I can do cause don’t want to be leaving the window open 24/7, but will even try duct tape it to the wall next to the window so it can’t be seenThat should sort everything out for you. They make window insert kits that can disguise it a bit if you’re after stealthokay cheers mate I’ll see what I can do cause don’t want to be leaving the window open 24/7, but will even try duct tape it to the wall next to the window so it can’t be seen
They are great...The only thing I don't like is the LED display is red...a green display would be nice so not to effect plants during lights off.
I’ve got a inkbird humidity controller the sensor has a long enough cord so the display can be mounted outside the tent with the sensor insideI didn't think about that. Hopefully it is a minimal effect if at all.
This exactly.I’ve got a inkbird humidity controller the sensor has a long enough cord so the display can be mounted outside the tent with the sensor inside
I’ve got it set up like this and seems to be working well thanks guysThis exactly.
Would you be able to recommend me something Uk based for this mate?I have my exhaust vented into an old chimney and it runs 24/7....It's ideal.
So along with better ventilation, you could start a IPM program and eliminate bugs and molds from your future...I believe that was bud rot and not pm by the way, but a IPM and proper ventilation will take care of both.
Regalia for PM and and Venerate for a variety of bugs, both are made by the same company and both are certified organic. A quart of each will last most small growers over a year, and it will work out to a few dollar a week to protect your plants and make them thrive...and no more molds or bugs, or lost product, lost time, etc!! If you watch for sales you can find both in the $50 a quart price range. https://growgreenmi.com/daily-deals.html/

The doesn't do anything if the exhaust fan is already on 24/7 and its still 70% RHGet a humidity controller on your exhaust fan, set it to 35-40. Your filter has nothing to do with it.
There are some other similar type products but I personally don't know what they are...Hopefully someone from the UK will see this that does know.Would you be able to recommend me something Uk based for this mate?
