You can use a humidistat which is like a thermostat but for humidity. It will turn on a humidifier or a dehumidifier.

humidifier is the best route... or if you cheap leave a bucket of water in your grow room during lights off or mist plants during lights off......

I have the opposite problem. Just started 12/12, so I am keeping the room closed off a lot more. At night, when the lights go off, it will be 68 degrees and 85% humidity. During the day, with the lights on, it is about 35-40% humidity. This has been going on for 3 days. Last night I put a bowl of rice in there but it doesn't seem to have helped at all. What other options do I have as I know this has to get regulated quickly. Thanks!
