Humidity Problems?

I'm having problems with keeping my humidity consistent when i have my lights on I'm looking at like 38%-55%
with them off I'm looking at 60%-70% I've tried spraying water leaving wet towels around and buckets but no luck.
Does anyone have similar problems or know how this effects overall growth?

I think 70% is a little high. You should aim for 60% during veg and lower during late flowering to avoid mold and mildew issues.

ok wait. why are you spraying water? 38-55% is fine. 60-70% is not (unless its clones).

lower humidity is ok, just means your probably gonna water more often, and are more susceptible to leaf burns. (you can mist them if your really worried about it, but its not a big deal at 38%+)
and for flowering, under 40% is great becuase it lowers the chances for rot/mold/mildew/fungus, which sucks cuz it will get on your buds before it gets on leaves, stems, roots (becuase life sucks).
