humidity problems

I have a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have four 600watt cool tubes with an exhaust fan which pulls 770 cfm and we have a dehumidifier. I can't get the humidity below 74%.Am I pulling too much make-up air with the fan so the dehumidifier can't keep up? The dehumidifier worked well before we started flowering and using the exhaust fan.Would a 2nd dehumidifier work? I have to come up with something quick as they have started flowering. Thanks for any input.
slow down on what water your putting into your room if it means watering daily just a little its better than bud rot

Optimal humditiy averaging 73F is between 60-80%. Id jus rock the high humidity. By some extra fans and increase circulation until yu feel a nice, quality breeze everywhere. In fact, better circulation will lower humidity anyway. So its a win win.
More fans bro. I got 4 18" floor fans in my 10x10 room. 64% hum, 73F.

Oh wait. Yur rooms not sealed? Hm. Yu'll b bring in a lot more spores from outside. Even wit the extra circulation yu may get mold. BUT the extra circulation will bring down humidity so... Yeah.
