Humidity to low

IMO- I wouldn't worry about it for veg and flowering plants.
Agree ^^ If you're still concerned add a humidifier, as posted. I have a little one, that uses 12/16 oz containers of bottled water. It's light, takes up little space, has an auto shut off and lasts 8 hours or more (depending on the intensity of the mist). Useful on trips too.

Good luck.

20 is about as low as you want to go. Shouldn't be a problem, but you will have to water considerably more. Best way I've found to raise RH quick if I had to, was hang or lay out a wet bath towel. Kinda messy and you want to use an old towel but it does work, and quick.
