I have 80% RH in my tent (2x2x4) with 2 autos, I have a 107 cfm extractor i am watering 700ml every 2 days. I bought a 650 ml a day dehumidifier is it enough?

Depends on how much airflow it have, if its below your extractror it wont keep up with dehumidification of new air from outside

Why is it so high to begin with? Open up all slots/vents and move the air around. U are the best to answer the question. Is it enough?

Hard to say. What dehu is it? You need one with a compressor, the small thermoelectic ones don't do much.

Should not be 80% in your tent if you have any airflow at all. In veg, I keep my RH around 70-75% and set my fan to exhaust for one minute every 14 minutes. After that minute, my RH drops from 75% to about 55%. The room your tent is in must be very humid.
Dehumidifier will warm the room up also which will lower RH, but you will be battling heat if your room is very small which I assume it is since it's so humid in there already.

Check if it has an external drain port. Hook up a hose and a big container. I’d have to empty mine 4 times a day without the jerrycan

Youre not saying what the humidity is that you are bringing into the space, at best, you can only equal that with airflow, you can bring that down or up slightly by regulating your temperature, but in an open grow with a lot of venting in your room you are governed by outside humidity.
In veg 70% is what I aim for, I have a humidifier pumping humidity into the room to get this.
