DIY is the way, my 6 disk ultrasonic mist maker handles my 10x12 room with no issues.Ok here is a ghetto solution for you,
Go to Amazon purchase a Ultrasonic fogger what ever you want u can get 2 if you like.
Go to home depot, Purchase a large Tote 25+ gallon, solid lid and if you can find one with a rubber seal thats even better.
Purchase a 12 in fan
Purchase some good tape
Purchase a power strip
Cut a hole in the one side of the lid big enough for the fan to sit down into and catch on the fan housing lip. Apply tape around the fans edge to hole it in place. cut 2 4 inch holes at the other end of the lid. you can put ducting in these holes if you prefer but Just leave them open for now.
Drill an appropriate hole for the ultrasonic fogger wire grommet and place the fogger into the tote.
Fill the tote 1/2 inch above the foggers sensor with water.
plug everything into the power strip.
turn the fan on its lowest setting
you can now use a humidity controller of your choice to turn on and off the home made humidifier.

I’ll try blocking the tube a bit and see what happens70-90RH, 30-32C = optimal conditions for explosive growth.
In veg it's recommend to be in the high 70-80 rh with a high temperature for best growing rates.
A good solution to make RH go up quickly is to lower the intake/exhaust fans to a minimum or even blocking some of them so air won't be exchanged so quickly and rh would have a chance to build inside the space.
Tents with leds or cool tubes, In short tents that do not have a over heating problem, it's recommend to lower the air exchange in order to let the humidity facilitate.
I just trying to follow what I see on the vpd chartwhy do you want your humidity at 65%? lol during veg i aim for 55% and during flower i aim for 45%.
honestly in my opinion 90% humidity is too high for veg, in veg the highest your humidity should be is around 70%, but this is just my personal preference. high humidity freaks me out.I just trying to follow what I see on the vpd chart
