Humidity!!

Hey all..i have a few 13 day olds in a 2x2 tent and i had a humidifier in there that just crapped out this morning.(sunbeam). so now i dont have the humidity that i desire in there. Frankly the humidity was to high when that was in there anyway....any suggestions on a good trick that can keep it where i want? Fix the sunbeam vaporizor? and actually what humidity is supposed to be?

In a 2x2 area I would think the humidity would be fine. Grab a humidity/temp gauge at Walmart for 5$ and if it is below 60, purchase a cheap humidifier. In veg 70% keeps the leafs rolling out and plant stays short. Less than 60% in veg and your plant may stretch out and leafs are dry.

k....but the humidity with out the humidifier is arou 40...and with it like 90...i have a guage but i would like to know how to keep it in the right spot and what that is? i have a thermo and hydro meter? any ideas? thanks for the help.

Well keep a fan on low and allow heat and moisture to leave tent so fresh comes in. Then place a oscillating fan on low and a small humidifier on low near fan so it blows on plants. 65-73% is great for veg. When the plants get nice and full you will not need humidifier any more.
