Ok, a lil hard to understand the question buddy but ill try. Ever heard of the goldilocks story, Well humidity and temperature are the goldilocks of growing.

60% humidity is optimal for veg and early flower.

High humidity leaves no room for new moisture vapor so the plants are unable transpire, to low and they transpire far to fast. Just try keep it round the 50 / 60 mark ( doesn't need to be exact, just not excessively high or low ).

You will only see benifits from modifying the humidity if your current levels are way to low or way to high.

People say too low and you invite pests, to high and you invite fungi or mold. They also say too low and your plants will dry too quick, too high and they will cook themselfs.

So the quick answer is yes it has advantages to increase or maintain humidity if your levels are currently in the real low or real high area, the advantage is normal growth.

I hope this helped buddy.

MJ gets stressed if humidity drops under 40%. Like KLWJ said, 50%-60% is ideal for veg and around 45%-50% for flower. Also if you drop your humidity as much as you can during the last few weeks of flower your bud will get frostier as it tries to seal itself up.

I usually run my veggies and early flower at 60-75%RH, once past 3 or 4 weeks(depending on flower development) I drop it to 30-40%RH. Cannabis is a tropical woman and she likes it warm and humid during the day and cool at night :)
