Humidity

So i just am the 2nd week into my grow i have 4 plants going good. Just wondering what the humidity should be in the grow text i have? The size tent im using is a 5 feet long x 2 feet deep x 4 feet tall. If that helps. I have been reading a lot about it but would like to hear what you guys have to say about it. Thanks

Veg should be 60-70 or around about, flowering try to drop to 40-60 and as much as low as you can in final stages of flower a sun humid air promotes resin production
