so I have a 3x3 silver edition with currently 5 plants in there begging, everything was running smoothly until after one night cycle i felt humidity on the walls,is this normal and if not how can I correct it

Get a meter, they usually come with thermometer and there very cheap. 55 - 65% is fine for vegging. Sweat on the walls means 100%, not good. Mold can grow at 100%

thanks for the help so once I get the meter, how can I control the humidity in such a small space?

Air flow, you need to bring fresh air in and pump it out. An inline fan 4", or more should work for you. Those tents have holes. You should mount a 4" (at the smallest) size in line fan on the inside of the tent and use cheap flex tube to vent it out.
