Best of luck from your friends in Canada. I'm so glad to hear your physically safe. Maybe a generous local soul can supply you with some new starting material. I would but am WAY too far away to do that.

Just found out that things are worse than I thought. Been looking for my case that contained my seed collection. Couldn't find it anywhere and then I realized what happened. We had a flat on the way up and when hubby unloaded the trunk to get to the spare, he left my case on the side of the road. I feel like I just took a big punch to the gut. Pretty hopeless until I can get a seed order in. Thanks to those who have already offered to help. I can certainly use it!

Oh shit eh? Dam...so sorry for that.
Are seeds difficult to obtain in your area or the USA in general?
Hopefully good luck finds you soon.

I have a few friends who I'm sure will help me out, but it will take me years to replace my collection and some are lost forever, along with my "clone onlys" which hubby talked me into destroying before we evacuated. Never again! I'm going down with the ship next time. I bought two generators today.

My heart goes out to all those who lost property or life. I can't imagine the amount of sorrow down there...be hopeful and all the best from Canada.
What you have gone through is horrific. Too loose all your stuff and home is a horror none should experience.
