AHhh sorry, Maybe my post wasnt as descriptive. LoL I do know we have some more time to go, I still have to get those pics up, but I think what I meant to say was hubby said we have about a week to go before he considers the flush. Especially going from what TLD says.

Thanks guys you are all too helpful to me. I dont wanna come this far and completely screw things up. But I promise I will get some pics tonight after the lights go on at 10pm my time! Even tho I havent seen them yet, I know they are near ready as of yet. I dont thin any of them even had an amber to them the last time I saw them.

If they have a majority of white hairs I'm willing to bet none of the trichs will be amber. Correct me if I'm wrong (TLD, Relaxed) the trichs start ambering up after the hairs die off.

somewhat...... the trichomes start turning amber with their own age and maturation somewhat at their own pace...... pistil production is all about collecting pollen...... calyx swelling with resin, and the outside coatings have a lot to do with the plants reaction to the climate changes of the season changes, light cycle changes, reaction to the cold, as well as to have pollen stick to it and protect itself from hungry munchers that would not like the smells etc. They will amber dramatically during the final flush, as nutrients are pulled away from the plant, it knows it is almost time to die, and thus the trichomes change colour. The actual trichomes develop differently with different strains, its a phenotype, sometimes they are shaped differently or have different maturation rates in different climates etc. which is part of why indoor grown ganjas trichomes change more uniformly that that of its outdoor counterpart. you may be surprised to discover that the trichomes resinous properties provide kind of a warm coat of protection against the coming cold......

I have noted that clones from the same mother (indicas) that were separated, one had a colder night temps than the other, the one with colder night temps developed Trichomes faster, or sooner in flower, and more densely populated overall...... they were also slightly longer, and the heads were slightly larger...... the difference being that the one that had warmer night time temps had more calyx development, where there were more calyxes themselves, and the calyxes were larger..... these reactions and traits are specific to certain strains and their climates etc. of origin and by cross breeding, climatization, and training these traits can be manipulated to better suit different environments etc.

The indications of a plant being "done" are numerous and very dependent upon genetics, and other confounding variables.....

Ok..... got some pics finally!!! Let me now what you guys think..... They are getting a a bit of sugary goodness on top. TLD how much further do you think we need to go? I just noticed all the leaf tip burns in the pics. :-? But OMG they smell soooooo friggen good! I cant wait! and do you see my runt?? She just surpassed them all! I am loving her!!!

The first pic is just the lighting. It looks like an amber spot, but its not. Tell me what you all think! Thanks!!

the over nuting stunted the flower growth and encouraged the foxtailing that you are seeing..... it has prolonged your flowering by one week as well.... 3 1/2 weeks solid, no over nuting (or way under nuting) and they will be done..... you shouldn't see any loss in potency, on not necessarily a loss in yield (though it is possible), but a difference in development and flowering time..... week and a half where you continue to nute (in moderation), and then flush for the full two weeks....... should be done little bit more than a week before thanksgiving ;)

Thanks GFK.... you hit that on the head with the 3 weeks. Edumacated guess...lol

Ok... this is what he is doing with the nutes....

Gallon of water, in each gallon (3.78L)
advance nutes chart for A&B bloom

1.8 ml per liter of both Sensi A&B
1.8 x 3.78= 6.8ml per gallon

Does any of this make sense? Cause I am lost as hell now. LoL

So feed them one more time with appropriate doses? And then how many times should I flush in those last 2 weeks?

Sorry I know yall need to treat me like I am dumb sometimes! LoL ;-)

one more feeding, then reduce feeding to 1/2 strength, then flush for 14 days continuing to use molasses until the just before the last watering ;)...... there isn't a certain amount of times in particular that you water or "flush" water your plants, just let a little more runoff happen on your waterings, and pass about 3 times the volume of the pot of water through the medium twice during the flush period..... does that make sense? You still water when the top 2" are dry and the pot is light ;)

Basically Feed, then water, then Feed at half strength, then water, then water with molasses, than pass 3xvolume through media, then water then water with molasses, then pass 3x volume through media, then water and should be about done ;) maybe one more watering..... so about 3 1/2 weeks given there is approximately 2.5 days between waterings/feedings ;)

I think I would have done 5 ml ;)

I use different nutrients though..... thats Sensi A&B right...... 5 ml. ...... there could always be other variable besides just nutrients that cause similar symptoms as well ;) (salt build up, causing burn, causing lockout, but doesn't looke like thats what happened, looks like just burned from over nutes)

Looking danky good. Good advice tld.
LoL thanks! :bigjoint:

every thing looks great nunyo. How is that light working out for you i have the same one. cant wait to see what you yeild. check out my grow https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/261822-my-first-grow-white-widow.html. hopefully it looks as good as yours.
Thanks! Its working great for our set up. We have had problems with the girls growing past the light and burning, but this grow has been completely different. ;-) HUbby says the only thing he doesnt like about the light is the built in ballast. He would rather have one without because of the heat it gives off. He wants one with a cooling connection. I'll read thru your thread tonighT. ;-)
