Yes 100% buddy......No those stems dont have a deficency, they are part of that strain, i have the same stem color on my grape ape, and it has no defficencies
This is true..........the color on the stems actually means whether they are red or purple just means theres a hormonal change in the plant and the way the chlorophyll is produced in photosynthesis. theres nothing wrong with it and genetics has something to do with how much red or purple is going to be present.
