Hybrid Fruit, Veggies, Herb Question

Hi all. Ok we all know that there is hybrid kind of veggies, herbs and fruits out there but my question is...

Is there a way to take that hybrid plant/seeds and make non hybrid versions of them and if so how do you do that?

just keep breeding them back to themselves til they stabilize. However, due to hybrid science....

Thanks. I think the Chocolate Mint plants that I have are hybrids and I wanna make them as non hybrids as possible and stock seeds of them.
