yEAH, THEY WERE JUST YOUR BASIC GARDEN VARIETY sHIT, lettuce seeds planted in a rectangular planter box stuck in the south facing window sill of my bathroom. I think lettuce is pretty easy to grow but for some reason the seeds from my last crop that I left go to seed did not come up outside so I thought I would try this in coco. It looks like I have about 90% germination which is pretty good for no heat.
We had some relatives over for the holidays so I had to hide all my grow paraphenalia because one of my relatives is DEA Doh!!!. So anyway I hid my seed starting heat mat so well that I can't find it now. Hiding all the stuff was a waste of time because about three in the afternoon of our partae I look over and one of the kids has a MJ stump about as thick as my wrist and he is swinging it around lik a weapon. Oh well, so much for stealth. I don't think I'm fooling anyone and I don't really give a shit but I try to keep up apearances for the Wifes sake. Like I said, OH WELL, lol.
So I checked out a bunch of videos on you tube and it looks like I can start nutes pretty quickly. They were saying 75 days to harvest in winter. We'll see how that goes. I will post some pics when you can see anything but right now they are just whiskers. Can't really even see them unless you look from an angle and then it looks like a little forrest.
i may need to make a berry seeder if this turns out to be viable. I think it will so I'll be making one of those if I get a chance.
