I got some coco coir but no nutrients. I have some hydro nutes and was curious if I use them, will the flower be potent? Sorry, I’m noob so I’m not exactly sure what you mean.

If you treat coco hydroponically, then you will have to feed it several times a day. The plant will explode with growth, but nothing more than any other hydroponic method.
As for being more potent, I think lots of people like to debate whether this or that method will be more potent or taste better, etc. If it were clear, then I don't think there would be any argument. Just like no one argues against the fact that high-frequency fertigation coco grows far faster than soil.
Coco is good for one thing - you can use a small tubes to germinate the seed in it, let it grow a bit adding nutrients and then just put a coco tube in normal soil, so that you don't need to use paper towels or so and then transplant the seed risking breaking root
