Ok i have been growing with soil for quite some time. I have never grown hydro.

I have a lot of time on my hands.

Im looking for the set ups with the air pump system, net pots, clay balls?, water tank with pump system.

I have $1000 dollars towards it without lights bought.

Thanks for the help.:joint:

Come read some of the posts on DWC/Bubbleponics...very easy method of growing, cost effective, and you can do very well with a $1000.00 for everything you need.

I've done 5 grows in the last year with ever increasing success. Think about your grow site first and get it prepped. We are anxious to help all we can!

I run mine about 3-4' at harvest due to high restriction in the closet but many who use the system can do 6-7' if you have the head room. Most plant 6 reg seed, cull the males ( usually 3 out of 6 on average) and grow them to be big girls. I planting fem seeds I would go 4 corners.

Don't put the rooted clone into a rockwool cube if you can get away with it. Try a neoprene insert. All hydro stores sell them, they have a slit in the side and the clone slides in real nice and then fits into whatever size hole you have. They start at an inch I believe and go up to 6 inches. Much better method. Let us know what help you need as you get going. Mostly Crazy, Rose, myself, and many other bubbleheads and other growers alike here can help you. We have all made the same mistakes at least once. Especially when buying equipment and making stuff that works. Now, we all have at least 10 different methods and they are all successful. With everyones knowledge, you can't grow wrong here!!! Plus we still learn daily, it's a hobby that never stops changing or growing!!

Im wondering a couple things. Would putting the water storage tank under my house we a good idea to keep it cooler.

And im thinking about using 240volts instead of 120. I heard its more energy efficient. If so i am going to be adding a separate breaker for the grow.

P.S.-- Im going to be getting liquid cooled lights!!! I think my budget just went a little higher but its worth it.
