Hydrogen Water

I'd say that's pretty useless.
There has been lately some articles about sodium bicarbonate and its effects in athletes.
"A study in ten male soccer players found that athletes who drank 51 ounces (1,500 ml) of hydrogen-enriched water experienced lower levels of blood lactate and decreased muscle fatigue after exercise compared to a placebo group "

So the mechanism is probably very similar to that of sodium bicarbonate in humans.
OH- ions increase the pH, so when blood lactate levels are starting to spike it helps the body to neutralize the acids.

As for hydrogenated water, it seems a worse version of this, the H2 gas itself is very volatile and will evaporate quite fast.
So no, don't buy that stuff.

Has anyone ever used hydrogen activated water for a grow? I came across this going down a rabbit hole of grow research , and wonder if anyone has any thoughts

Actually there could be something to it. It's being studied for both plants and humans. Here's one of the first articles. There's a lot more to read.

Now is it worth it? If your grow is 100% dialed in and you are at the level of a sealed grow with CO2 being my classification of completely dialed then this would be something I would consider. If you're a newer grower get the basics down and circle back to that and CO2 later. Best of luck on your grow.

the only thing i would be seriously concerned about would be the ph spike

i mean im not gunna go out and spend money on a system to add hydrogen to my water , but it is certainly something to read into more

I agree, I'd keep an eye on it, new research being done all the time. Nice looking out, thanks.
