Hydroguard vs recharge

So which is better for avoid root rot. Do they both work the same? Is one better than the other? If I mix both will i get form? I'm obviously using a dwc system. I have hydroguard in my res right now but I want to add recharge, I've never mixed the two. Does anyone run recharge in their res and get form?

I've used a balanced nute formula with hydroguard for over two years with mid 70 temps never now issues

Have you ever tossed recharge in your res?? If so, did it cause form?
