Its because you are trying to grow with all these weird fringe solutions aka aquarium water and potassium tablets. Dump the aquarium water immediately and never again water any plant with it. Hide the potassium tablets.
R.O/Distilled. GH Three Part. Calmag.
Calmag your RO to 100ppm@/.5 scale then add in equal parts of your GH until you get to around 300ppm. Start with that.
GH Three part/calmag has done me so right.

5BY5LEC, I trying to compare what you related to Airwalker's very helpful chart. They look to be very similar. So, would your method be, for any volume of water:

1. Add Calmag until I get a TDS of 100ppm.
2. Add - Floramico next? until I get to 166.66ppm
3. Add - Floragro next? until I get to 233.33ppm
4. Add - Florabloom last until I get to 300ppm

Is that it?

Thanks!

Yeah. What I described and Airwalker's chart are exactly the same. Airwalker actually gave me that same chart when I started, which is why I say you will find success with it.
Yup you nailed it pretty well. Don't be so set on TDS meaning it can be a little off in one direction or the other. Think of it in ml/Gal rather than TDS.
Per gallon you would do something like
Calmag - 2ml/gal
FM - 3ml/gal
FG - 3m/gal
FB - 3ml/gal
That way once you get familiar with how much of what equals what TDS you can just scale it up and make say, 20 gallons of nutrient at a time.
Dont forget to PH.
