See my bottle has the exact same dosing directions but says right on the bottle "NOT FOR SALE OUTSIDE THE USA" so I assumed it was a US gallon. Why does America have to be so difficult! But I'm only using 3-5 ml per gallon so I should be right on the light dose i was going for then.

That's what mine says but UK style "not for sale outside the UK". Weird that they never changed the dosage to match US gallons or UK gallons... Anyway, I been using it for a few days now and it has definately made a difference. My plants have turned the corner by the looks of it, with lots of new root growth. It does bump my PH up but that could also been from my plants drinking.

Do you have a spare grow tub? I deal with temps by putting ice in 1 bucket, say covering the bottom quarter, then stack my grow bucket into it. Make sure you put a towel down for when that ice melts. Much easier if you have a chest freezer and make big 5 inch thick and 30cm diameter frozen discs like me
