We had our third child at a new hospital. Nurses kept giving us all this attention and advice. After like a day of it I told them it was our third child. They were like never mind. You can probably hold feed the baby with one arm and eat dinner with the other. I laughed.
It was a high risk pregnancy. My wife has diabetes. I was tired. It had been a long year. One of those years you get kicked in the nuts every time you turn around.
On the nurse,
I got epididymitus. Infection in the tubes to the testicle. Damn thing swoll up like a grape fruit. It hurt god awful. I was puking from it.
Pretty nurse did the sonogram on it. She had to handle my junk. I got a boner. I told her sorry. She said it was OK. Took it as a compliment.
