add some cal-mag would try that first as there so young and you don't want to burn them, then If that dose not fix you up add a bit more nitrogen.
I would not be growing more than one plant in a pot that small, it can bite you in the butt later but a easy fix now.

yea i split them up 2 weeks before i put them into the flower room i never let them get root bound ive already tried small doses of calmag and have flushed them and tried a high nitrogen solution ive been growing the same way for 3 years and have great success until the last 3 grows have been getting progressively worse one thing i was thinking is maybe my seeds are going bad but they are kept in the fridge in a humidity controlled drawer no light and i have fresh silica packs in with them i produce my own seeds and have been using them for a long time my plants are usually skinny with not many leaves but huge colas its not been happening lately i actually had to buy a bag thats no good for me lol

looks like a manganese/potassium deficiency.

Deficiency signs of potassium: plants are the tallest and appear healthy. Older leaves mottle and yellow between veins, followed by whole leaves that turn dark yellow and die. Flower and fruit drop are common problems associated with potassium deficiency. Potassium is usually locked out by high salinity. deficiencies arise in sandy soils. and too much potassium could lock out calcium and magnesium as well.

A lack of manganese turns young leaves a mottled yellow or brown.

Don't be afraid to hit them with a 8 to 10 ml per gallon cal-mag. I had this happen once and added cal-mag and did not see any improvement, after a week I said fuck it and for the hell of it I doubled the cal-mag from 5 ml a gallon to 10ml a gal and they turned around fast after that..
