How did you go about getting your cards modified? So got our temp card and it said "not approved for cultivation". Then they tried to charge me 10 dollars to fix. I got them to send a new one but WTF. Government..........They can't even deliver the mail.
What happened to my reply to this question/ Didn't we already do this? Wierd. How did you go about getting your cards modified?
My patients did not check the "allow my caregiver to cultivate" option when they applied even though that was the intent the entire time. When I recieved my actual cards they obviously have the "not approved to cultivate" tag on them. My patients and I have contacted DHS numerous times and they continue to tell us that they are implementing a sytsem for modifcations for a $10 fee and the online form will be up "anytime". It has been well over a month and I have yet to find any way to resolve this issue. Now that dispensories are not going to open I need to get this changed ASAP.
Thanks in advance.
ADD is not a listed and legally valid condition for a Dr. to recommend MMJ. Unless you are suffering from a physical illness you would not be a candidate. Do you have other issues other than ADD?I don't mean to be rude but this looks like a great thread to ge my question answered.
Hey I'm dave and I'm 22yrs old
I have ADHD, I was diagnosed in the 3rd grade. I have been very fortunate to have a mother that noticed it early. She worked extremely hard to get me the help and attention i needed, to work with my aliment and succeed with my life.
The 3 medications I have been prescribed over the years include: Adderall, Metadate ER & Ritalin. After constant dosage adjustments and therapy meetings you'd think i would see an improvement in my ADHD.... however the medication created heaps of adverse effects.
Throughout the duration of my stimulant treatment I developed several facial & extremity ticks, also intense insomnia,RLS, as well as completely obliterating my appetite.
When i was old enough to proactively think for myself i quit taking my pills in 8th grade I started hanging out with a different variety of friends and ended up experimenting with marijuana.
I was amazed at the things the herb did for me!
When my mom found out she wasn't too happy. However later on in high school, she started to notice that i was self medicating and it was actually improving my school work as well as the other aspects of my life that the side effects of the pills had affected.
Cannabis does the same thing my "medication" was meant to do: calms me down, helps me think & stay on task, allows me to get a full nights sleep and improves my appetite greatly.
With that said, my question is, With the
passing of Prop 203 in Arizona can get a Medical Marijuana recommendation?
Hope I didn't bore you with my life story lol but thx for reading
