I am wanting to order Blue Mystic seeds from Nirvana but I am scared I will go to jail or something let me know if you all have order before.
I am scared to order Seed to the US (Pease Post)

You are not going to go to jail for ordering seeds. Unless you are ordering some ridiculous amount of seeds then I don't think you have anything at all to worry about. I have personally ordered seeds several times from nirvana and have had no problems so far. Good luck.

i just made two orders in the last two weeks, niether of them from nirvana, but anyways.. two orders from seedbanks/breeders, and have recieved both of them already, and no one is out to arrest me... i have only heard one or two stories of people actually getting arrested for ordering seeds via the net.. i would think the worst that is gonna happen is that customs may confiscate your beans and send you a lil letter telling you that they got them.. and most seedbanks have some very shall we say inventive ways, to package their seeds to get them to you safely.. they have been at this a long time and know what they are doing..

Dont b. I order seeds like i buy Air Jordans, 67 pairs! If u have an alternative adress u can send them to, do it! Send them to moms with your 1st name and a bougus last name. If somethin happens, their not urs! Not ur last name, u dont live their anymore anyways. Mailman got the wrong address. Good luck. Calm down.

We ordered with my credit card from The Attitude to a P.O. box and no problems. If you go with the stealth shipping like we did (through this site anyway) its a little extra but probably worth it. Wouldn't worry about it too much but if you can send to an address other than where you're growing that might be best.... On a side note the seeds we got from The Attitude have all germinated so far

You can get credit cards that you can use online that don't require SSN (IE: you can falsify the name, etc). Gift2Go or All Access gift cards work (some others don't work online, outside the US, etc). You will have to register them to the billing address you will use with the order otherwise they can get declined.
If you get them delivered somewhere else (not registered to you), then you would have nothing tying it to you or your location.

haha, just ordered some nirvana blue mystic myself! one of the two seems to be doing ok, but the other mysteriously bent in half and died..weird shit. dont worry bout it though, they got waaaay bigger things they need to spend time confiscating then some seeds

Dude! This issue has been thrashed-out in countless posts ALREADY in this forum. & the answer is YES! Order your seeds from Nirvana, do NOT try some phoney-baloney subterfuge, like phoney name, rata rata.... Just bloody do it.... If by some remote chance your seeds are seized by Customs or Homeland, you will get a grumpy letter saying that the merchandise has been confiscated & don't do that again. Case closed! No Cops! NO Jail! Just a little bump in the road. Then you can snivel to Nirvana, and who knows? they just may replicate the order for free. If you want to take every precaution necessary, order your seeds over the phone (using a phone booth if you can find one, someone else's phone, or a disposable cell phone). Then, purchase an international money order (link goes to USPS) using cash or have someone else do it for you. Send the money order to the company, (oh, and make sure you ask them for discrete packaging which a lot of companies do already).
The worst thing that will happen to you? Your package will get intercepted before it truly enters the country and they'll send you a letter saying "We've confiscated a package in your name containing something illegal blah blah blah". At which point, you ignore the letter, shred it, and nothing bad will happen.
The best thing that will happen is what normally happens- you get your seeds delivered right to your door, sprout them, grow them, flower the resulting plants (am I going too far here? - you get the picture).
Relax...but do take precautions if you're worried.
