My wife and I ate at the local redneck diner. We eat their several times a month. Great food. It's several miles drive from home. We pass 3 evangelical churches on the way. They were having evening services.
catholic services were always on wednesday morning- my fathers side were die hards.

They might pull it off, they have been well ahead of the Democratic party for decades. This is a long ass plan that Trump jumped on. I just have to hope that suburban white women will not fall for it like they did in 2016. I am afraid that the Russian/Foreign election meddling may have had a good amount to do with 2018, to stir up racist and misogynist to get out to vote against the 'Blue tide' they helped elect women like 'the squad' to use as boogey men in 2020. He used that hate to get through Mueller week, and hasn't let up the weird ever since.
But hopefully we won't have another 4 years of weird and can harden our internet/news a lot to stop this kind of disinformation campaign that the Trumpster fire has invited.
I am not as worried about this part. I went hunting a few times as a kid, its boring as hell. If these nuts are going to lock themselves in their houses waiting around for end-times, have at it, I don't think many outside of the nutters will actually go further than that.

Leaving out that the Federal Reserve system was not invented before Lincoln was murdered.
