I bought a "blurple" - what can I expect?

Not everybody can Fork out $300 on a light. It would not be advisable to when you are first starting out anyways learn the ropes first before you invest and high-dollar Equipment because some people give up because they can't do it might as well make sure that you can do it and you won't f*** it up

BLURPLE example : from some years back .

Vipar " 600 " ( more like 287 at wall ) but since my plants loved this panel and I grow only for myself , it did very well . I HAD to supplement more CALMAG with my girls more than other lights BUT it worked out good. I have moved on to Quantums But still use the Vipar. I am not familiar with Mezihi , but KNOW that there are growers on this site that use them and post grow journals .... Lurk the forum for them and see what they are doing.

MARS is straight garbage ... Although I " started " early with these paperweight panels ( white classic panels / pink light ) it was a dog. It did grow bud but was not reliable - rows of LEDs would go south. But it grew weed .... I even was offered to test a Reflector Series once but passed. My old T5s seemed to work better.

Hated my HID batwing setup - buying bulbs , pizza oven temps , high power use.
Swapped to a cool tube , better temps but hated getting low bulb life. I grow perpetual so I needed something with longer life.

Quantum

Currently using these ... Does the trick . But those old blurples just made me a better grower so it wasn't a bad thing after all. You will move on to bigger better things , we all have. But will never get rid of my Vipar ..... Just sayin. Lol.

I do hover over them alot, especially when I am high, but I figure the CO2 in my breath can't be bad for them. :)

What did you expect with your post if you read all the blurple threads then you should have expected this one to turn up the same way, as they always do. People dont like blurples here.

Hoping one of the CKs is male. Will leave it there and make some seeds (yes, I know the pros and cons of seeds).

The CKs are smaller because I transplanted them recently (from smaller clay pots) and I wasn't so graceful in doing so. I will never use clay pots again! Anyway, they got shocked and didn't grow for about a week. They are looking much better now and I expect them to do fine.

the light is meh.. it will grow bud but the gpw wont be up to a lot of other lamps.

the cameras bad ass though..
