hey all, i have an outdoor grow going with 6 plants spread across 4 dif spots, they have all been budding well, and my sour d plant is hugley tall and i checked on it the other day and it has purple pistils and banana things and what looks like seeds already on it :( its right beside a much shorter indica dom plat that is female and budding... out of all my plants none turned up male and to be honest i wanted some seeds for next year.. just wondering will the seeds on the hermie plant be any good? and what if it pollinates the other females can i use those seeds to grow? ps pulling the hermie is not an option at this point i live 3 hours from the grow site my next visit will be harvest.

i had a very similar experience for a small inside grow, hermie seeds
so i've grown out 2 seeds, 1 was another hermie, the other was straight female
and the seeds you get will be feminized

And the cycle continues. See the genetics have this hermie flaw in them and it keeps being bred and passed on anyway. I think you are better off always buying your seeds or using a cutting that is taken from a store bought seed mother. There are already enough pheno's and variation to breeders seed, there is little point in using a seed of random heritage and genetic strength.

hmm little point except getting free seeds that grew nice kush bushes? how do you know what you buy off the new isnt shit seed? its funny how people pull there hermies when the seeds wont be 100 % hermie meaning you will still get some good females out of them, ps i never started the plant that hermied all the ones i started are doing just fine
