I have 4 NLs going and 2 are perky and praying to the good ol sun. and the other 2 aren't. they droop real heavy at night and droop not as heavy during daylight. but not praying for sure.

I want them to look healthy and be healthy and I don't think they are with this happening. I posted a while ago about this happening and people said it could be my micro life being dormant or not doing there job by breaking down the food into a form my roots can uptake. So I top dressed with ewcs the other day to see if that would help and it hasn't. what else could it be if it isn't my micro life?

here are some pics..
first my perky girls

Nice looking ladies!
What are you feeding them?
The droopy ones still look healthy, btw.

It could be genetic, or the heat or slightly overfed, looking at the folding of the leaves and the edges.

I say your golden though.

I would start with making sure your not overwatering. other than that it may just be the strain. I have had plants like that.
I really doubt I'm over watering. I let them get really light and I do the finger test and I have a soil moisture meter. I do all three before and after watering. and I doubt it's underwatering cause it's most often every 3 days I'm watering.

Finger test doesn't mean jack shit.

Stick with your soil moisture meter or lift the pot.

Reason finger test doesn't work is because 2inches dry in a one gallon pot wouldn't be the same as top 2 inches dry in a 5 or 10 gallon pot

other than over/underwater and genetics what could it be? I'm just trying to figure out everything that can be causing this and then determine what I'm going to do to fix it.

but should I be worried if they were never like this. they all use to look like my first two pics and then one day they just never stood up again like my other two do. The perky ones droop at night and are just back to normal in the morning.

Ive run the nl and typically they are perky girls. But like everybody says they look real healthy. Nothing to worry about. Maybe let them go a day longer without water and let them dry up a bit to see what happens. But no real biggy imo...

Now the white russians however....theyre sad and droopy all the time it seems. They droop for a bit when they get water. They droop more when they get thirsty. And in between they droop a bit less...just sad girls. But they always put out for me big time....

The droopy ones are looking under watered. If they were over watered the leaf would be bending versus the limp stem.

I could be mistaken but I'm always basically right, I pay attention pretty damn well imo and you have made a post on this before, a little while back

letting them get too dry though wouldn't that cause my micro life to go dormant?

yes I did. and i stated that in my op. I did whatever responses I've got there that seemed like it could pertain to something I may have done wrong and waited and nothing happened.. so I'm at it again trying to see what else others have to say. what's the issue?

Nothing wrong with them at all,the plants that droop at night are doing the right thing preserving energy for when the sun comes up,

No need to worrie they look fine just let them carry on doing what they are doing coulour is good node diff good so dont panic.

You could cage them if its such a big problem for you its not a problem for the plants though, just cage them and pull the side shoots through, this will help with any drooping,or feed viagra lol

the viagra is for me and me only, but anything else that will get them perky again? it does really bother me. just makes me things I'm gonna start seeing problems and this being a sign of issues to come and my stupid isn't gonna catch them by not worrying about it.
