hey that powder crap inside those bulb is poisonous! It is actually a hazardous spill now. Check online for proper clean-up, lol. Seriously, cfl's by law, requir a haz mat crew to clean them up. lol Consumers in dark over risks of new light bulbs Mercury is bad, but how many of you out there have just picked up the pieces bare handed and tossed it in trash? I have lol Maybe that explains this damn growth on my face lol

probably wouldve been a little easier hanging without the bulbs first. a little lighter maybe. common sense......meanwhile, youre gonna go (try) and screw over a hardware store because of your shody skills. i hope you gotta eat it.

and yes please, hit yourself. be about it.

Actually i had just wired it up and was testing the lights worked when this happened, and the hardware store has 100's chains and 4 bulbs aint gonna make a dent in their proffits, and i think your on the wrong site if your so against breaking the (LAW) :p

Sucks that it happened but why are you going to try to make someone else eat the cost of the bulbs. I'm sure they'd hear a bunch of glass shaking around in the box as well as complete bulbs don't usually have much play inside a box. It sucks to hear that you dropped it, but man up for your mistake and take the time to do things right.

No seriously im joking, i would be silly to walk in to the store and hand over 4 bulbs i bought the previous day, saying there all broke im sure they would laugh me out of the store, its ok i have learned a valuble lesson from this and this will never happen again.
