I defoliated my plants week 3 flowering good or bad??

That bush didn't need any defoliating. Plants use leafs to photosynthesis, many growers seems to have forgotten this basic fact.

I've always defoiled sparingly and just done lollipopping to remove sucker branches and such. Now you've tried it, do next run with just lollipopping. Cheers!
