I think you might still be missing what people are trying to say. He isn't saying that removing borders will be the silver bullet answer. He is saying that it would be nice if things progressed to a point where borders and countries and all that crap that goes with it were no longer necessary. For example if we could come to a point with say - Canada - where we didn't need a border to separate us because we would be "a brotherhood of men".
He isn't saying that doing all these things will make a perfect world, he is saying that if it were a perfect world these things wouldn't exist.
I am by no way saying that this perfect world will happen - just a note.
Perfect World, screw that, the world was in that "perfect" state, it was 20,000 years ago.
Now, if you want to go back to living in that kind of primitive squalor, you're more than welcome to. A plane ticket to Africa, or some island in the South Pacific or some more remote parts should let you enjoy that life style, but leave me out of it.
