I don't get how trimming sucks?

People talk about how much trimming sucks and all, I don't think I'd mind it though... I mean your finalizing your work, and making them all pretty, and the MORE you have to trim, the MORE you know your going to have to enjoy? Right?


I'd like to hear your guys's thoughts on this from both sides?

try trimming for 12 hours strait, with your hands cramping and wanting to go to sleep, its fantastic if its your first time but as time goes on its just a job that needs doing

The more growers that don't like to trim for 12 hours straight, the more money and finger hash I make come harvest time. But for the most part, anyone growing over 50 outdoor beast plants is not going to want to sit there hour after hour, cola after cola trimming away.

No doubt, but who the shit is growing 50 outdoor beast plants by themselves, non commercially?


I'd rather spend time trimming and smoking infront of the TV rather than prowling the streets looking for someone to take my money in exchange for some mediocre street chronic

Trimming to the point of cramps sucks. It doesnt take 12 hours for my hands to cramp up, maybe its the years of grabbing jiu jitsu gi's but my hands hurt after 3-4 hours.

Doesn't have to be 12 hours straight... last harvest took a little under a week with two really fast trimmers hahahaha

Now that I think of it my brothers friend who lives in CA said that for every lb he trimmed he got an oz?

Anyone hear of shit like that?

It wasn't mine; I was just doing some seasonal work.

It's actually not too bad if you have a cool bunch of people trimming with you. Just tedious as hell.

Most jobs available to me are tedious as hell as it is, and it doesnt have to do with weed :lol:

Some folks pay in cash ($100-$200/lb, depending) and some in smoke. Or a combination of the two.

trimming sucks. especially when you have to do it every10-12 weeks for 2 straight days. and then 5 or more days every fall/winter. gets kinda old.
