I know what he's saying, People who do that must have a license to grow. IF i were one of the nieghbors i'd prop a ladder against the fence and chop off ever single Kola on that thing.

yeah i just seen people grow in there front yard with other houses all around.. i not talking just one plant..im talking like 20 - 30 plants.. i dont know how they can pull it off....

You can obtain a medical card in california that alows you to grow up to 30 plants on your property. Its realy not that hard to get either.
