i dont know whats wroing ?

I have 3 plants in a small DWC system , I use the 3 part nutes B.C. , I have 200 watts of cfl's and its about 2ft by 2.5ft by 3.5ft cabinet with good ventilation ! And my plants look SICK ! The new growth is drying up and curling down like an upside down taco ? And the where the stem and the leaf itself is a red color ! Could anyone help me out ? Thanks very much ... 420!!!

Its not like a burn , its weird . Its doing it from the veins out , ph is 6.0 and its plain PHed water to flush but it looks worse after 3 days flushing .

Maybe too much moisture? What type of medium is it in? Post pics if you can.

Rockwool cubes , but the water is about 2 inches from the net pot .. I can't figure out how to put a pic up
